We've been loving the excitement, streams, posts, art, videos, appreciation, and feedback that we've seen from Fatemakers around the world. For the coming months, we are looking to have regular changes based on reported issues and feedback.
There are two methods that we deliver updates to players. One will be the weekly changes that will cover smaller adjustments and the other will be downloadable updates to the game that will include more impactful bug fixes and changes.
We want to address some issues that players were reporting related to online play. Our team here worked around the clock to limit online play disruptions. We’ve made adjustments to our services and folks are much more likely to be able to party up and play together. If you are still unable to matchmake or join a friend, have everyone restart their games. We sincerely thank you for your patience, love, and input—it means the world to us. We’re monitoring player feedback closely; thank you again for the continued support!
These changes will be live on all platforms by 9:30 AM PT on April 1, 2022. To confirm that you have the most recent hotfix, check the News screen in-game on the Main Menu or Pause Menu for the Hotfix: 1.0.1.0b article. If you don't see the article in the News section after the update is live, or if you see the previous version number, please Exit the Game and relaunch. Please submit bug reports and feedback to support.2k.com.
Change Notes:
- Dark Magic scaling on Weapons has been improved to match other elemental weapons
- Legendary Spells have been updated to change color to their respective element in when viewed in Item Inspection
- Legendary Spells have been updated to use the icon that matches their casting style when viewed in Item Inspection
- Chaos Bunnies and Chests have been updated to include Chaos Chamber-specific loot
